The third phase will be held from 2017 to 2020 with the theme Wider Views, Viral Views. As the theme implicates, this phase will bring in a broader perspective of socioeconomic issues wherein same issues will be discussed by at least two complementary or contradictory views from different sectors (economists, legal practitioners, political scientists, public policy specialists, business, or industry experts) – not limited within the academe. In addition, participation in the fora will not be limited by physical presence on the event, but it can be extended to social media avenues where proceedings may be covered by live video and uploaded. Like in previous phases, Phase 3 is also expected to have a published volume after its run.
